Superstorm Sandy in October 2012 was the fourth hurricane that Giorgio Migliaccio, owner of, had suffered through since opening his business in 1984. And this time, he would need a lot of help to recover.
There was six and a half feet of water in this place, Migliaccio said. It was total destruction.
It was not long before customers and employees flocked to the restaurant and offered a hand to repair the damage. Many of them cleaned, painted and gave moral support to Migliaccio in a time of desperation. By March 2013, he was able to reopen. To Read the whole story Click Here
