NJSP Marine searching the Bay


FOT2A3A Coast guard is searching the water by Marina on the Bay, NJSP Marine units are on scene.

A missing boater was reported this am, authorities think they found the boat off the bulkhead on Barberie Ave and are continuing to search for the male onboard,Edward Broderick who had been reported missing since approximately 10 p.m., Saturday, when his vessel was en route to a clamming facility in Highlands and he never showed up.

Broderick was last seen wearing gray or green sweatpants. He is approximately 36/37 year old male, IMG_1264[1]blonde hair 5’9.

If anybody has information on the whereabouts of Broderick or the submersion of his boat, contact Coast Guard Sector New York Command Center at 718-354-4353.
