Friday March15, Fresh reopens for the first time after Sandy. Fresh combines the highest quality Imageingredients with innovative cooking techniques to offer an unforgettable dining experience. They strive to utilize local farms and purveyors in an effort to support the local food community.

Chef William, original chef/owner of Piccola Italia in Ocean Township, is combining his creativity and experience to bring a new favorite bistro.

  3. Went to dinner at Fresh last night (Saturday) and was so happy to see the restaurant re-open after having about 4 feet or more of water inside during the hurricane. Their grilled calamari was very fine–a great change from the usual fried version–and their salmon was excellent, perfectly cooked on a bed of brocoli rabe. Service was very attentive.
