RT 36 on Sea Bright side of Highlands Bridge

There is a breach of the Sea Wall south of the Highlands Bridge where every time there is a high tide, the water pushes the sand and debris over the sea wall onto the roadway and making it impossible to pass through.  ImageThey keep clearing the roadway only to have it happen again when high tide comes back. As of right now, its permanently closed until the DOT can figure out how to alleviate the problem.

This will affect the Monday morning commute for anyone coming up North through Sea Bright

UPDATE:  DOT worked on it Monday March 11 & Bridge is now open.
