More Townhouses proposed on 5th St

CAMCO RESOURCES, INC., has applied to the Highlands Zoning Board of Adjustment Board concerning property 62 5th Street. They want to construct twelve (12) three-story townhouse units within two (2) buildings, and wanted a Variance to permit a building height of 38 feet where 30 feet is the maximum height permitted. (Actually with the new FEMA reg’s I’m sure the max height will have to change possibly higher than 38 feet).

The application and maps and documents for which approval is sought are available for public inspection at the Borough Clerk’s temporary office located at the 42 Shore Drive, Highlands, N.J. 07732, (Trailer between shore and 2nd) during regular business hours.
