Historic Flooding expected in Sandy Hook – worse since 1903

If Sandy makes landfall over the state of NJ as a hurricane it would be only the third one to do so in the last 200 years and the first since 1903.

By tomorrow expect:

4 – 7 inches Rain

70 – 80 mph winds

5 – 10 ft tidal surges  (To set expectations there was a 3.5 ft for Irene)

Property to be damaged, power will be out..
